Global Switch announce plans for Sydney 2

Real estate operator Global Switch have filed for planning permission to build a second Sydney facility of 34,000 sq m gross adjacent to their existing site in Ultimo, which is located about only some 2km south west of the city’s central business district.
GS’s first facility is a colassol 41, 575 sq m of gross space but is now believed to be fully occupied. Known tenants in GS1 include carriers such as Verizion, AT&T and service providers including local operator HarbourMSP.
